1:1 life COACHING and therapy

Feeling stuck in your current situation? Struggling to move forward in life? Our 1:1 coaching services will help you discover a clear pathway to achieving goals by establishing a plan that is catered to and works for you as an individual.

We also understand how difficult it can be to open up, share struggles, and seek support for life’s hardships, traumas, and stressors.  Therapy services will provide a safe and confidential place to talk, be heard, and discover ways to build resiliency and strength within oneself.   Therapy is currently under the practice and supervision of Serenity Coaching and Counseling LLC.  Both services provided by Lien.

DECLUTTERING

“As a veteran and first responder, I understand how the long hours and busy schedules affect our physical and mental health. On my path of post traumatic growth, I learned the importance of self-care. Making better choices regarding my exercise routines, healthier meals and simplifying my life have made my path more manageable.

Decluttering my home and cars means surrounding myself in a neat and organized place to relax and enjoy. We all need a bright and cheerful place to call our own. Donating our things to those in need can also bring a sense of satisfaction.”  -  Brian Harkins

We can help you get over the anxiety that keeps us from starting.  A big step is where do we start?

We will assist in removing the excess that is keeping you stuck. We will donate all items that we can. We will recycle and see to it that your items will find a good second home. Trash will be discarded appropriately.

SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Public speaking to educate others about the tools and resources available to help you get back on track.  We will talk about growth after the events that got you to search for answers.  We will provide education and advocacy in the belief that it is okay to not be okay.

Speaking engagements provided by Brian.
